Refund
Policy
Eligible customers can request a refund of their most recent subscription payment within 14 calendar days. Sending a request does not mean that it has been approved: Paddle reviews and processes the request as our Merchant of Record. This page explains eligibility, the request flow and what happens after Paddle confirms its decision.

1. 14-Day Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with a paid plan (Pro or Enterprise), you can request a full refund of your most recent subscription payment within 14 calendar days of being charged. This applies to the first purchase and to renewal payments alike, on both monthly and yearly billing.
2. How to Request a Refund
The fastest way is self-serve, right from the product:
- Sign in and open Dashboard → Billing.
- Click “Request a refund” under your current plan and confirm. You can optionally tell us why — it helps us improve.
Alternatively, email support@ormiar.com from your account email with the subject “Refund request”. We aim to respond within one business day.
3. What Happens Next
When you submit a refund request:
- we record the request and send the refund adjustment to Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record;
- submitting the request does not mean it has been approved, and does not by itself end paid access or change renewal — Paddle may first report the request as pending;
- if Paddle approves the refund, the subscription is stopped so it cannot renew, paid access ends when we receive Paddle's confirmation, and your account moves to the Free plan;
- your data (leads, conversations, knowledge base) is not deleted — it stays available under the free plan’s limits, and you can resubscribe at any time.
4. Processing Times
Paddle controls the review and settlement of the refund. We do not promise an exact approval time. If Paddle approves the request, it returns the money to your original payment method where possible.
The time for the funds to appear depends on the payment method, bank and local payment network. Use the timeframe in Paddle's confirmation. If that timeframe has passed, contact us and we will help trace the refund with Paddle.
5. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling a subscription is always free and available in Dashboard → Billing: your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further charges are made. No refund is issued for the remaining days of the period when you simply cancel.
Refunding (within the 14-day window) additionally returns your most recent payment and ends paid access once the refund is confirmed.
Tip: if you do not want to be charged for the next period, cancel before the renewal date shown in your billing page.
6. When Self-Service Is Unavailable
The dashboard cannot start a new self-service request where:
- more than 14 calendar days have passed since the payment;
- no completed subscription payment can be found for the account;
- a request for the same payment is already being processed, or that payment has already been refunded.
Paddle may also be unable to process a refund because of a payment-method restriction, a payment dispute, a risk review or a legal restriction. Contact support@ormiar.com if the dashboard cannot accept your request.
7. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory statutory rights you may have. Whether a withdrawal or refund right applies depends on your jurisdiction and the circumstances in which the digital service was supplied. Purchases are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record, so Paddle's buyer terms and refund rules also apply to the transaction, alongside any non-waivable rights.
